We bought some beautiful cheese boards from Mike at Christmas. The design is lovely, with wonderful colors and a funky handle. Mike counseled us to use the item, rather than putting it aside for special occasions as a piece of art, which I really appreciated. It is great advice and while we can’t quite bring ourselves to use it as a cutting board on both sides, we have kept one side for regular use and one side for beauty!
